Latest additions to the Pantry

A few of the hundreds of jars we have put up this season, Our Pantry is full, a four shelf Rack downstairs, we have over 400 Pounds of potatoes and two large onion sacks hanging Full of onions, another smaller bag of Garlic...In the pantry alone, we have over 8 dozen jars of goodies, and the pantry Is, the smallest area we have to store in, used as a staging area for meal preparation:
Half Gallon Brined (long process) dill Pickles 

Whole tomatoes (left), Grape jelly, and Chunky Apple sauce

Medium Heat Picante style salsa  (Pears in background..YUMMY) :

 Another array of HOT peppers destined for the dehydrator..or A NICE POT OF CHILI
